a PayPal account is optional not and not required to pay a violation online.

(In the event you have a violation in which the total fine does not fall into these categories, and wish to pay by
credit card please contact our office at the information provided on the violation notice.)
Once
you have compledted the payment process on PayPal you will receive a e-mail confirmation from PayPal once your payment has been processed.
If
payment is made in your name verify all of your contact information including,
your name, address, phone number, e-mail or if made in someone else's name, add your contact information, your name,
address, phone number, e-mail and along with your violation information including violation # (a 4 - 5 digit number at the
top of your violation) and vehicle information foward a copy of the confirmation e-mail to violations@p-r-e-m-i-e-r.com
NOTICE: If paying by credit card there is a convenience
charge of 4% for using this service...i.e. for a $30.00 violation, $1.20 is added. You must send the full ammount due before your account will be
credited, including convenience charge if applicable.
