Fine/Penality Schedule
Below is a a general list of violations  and their fines, please note they may vary from one location to another, and are subject to change without notice.
  • Over Time Limit - $20.00 - $25.00 1st Offence + Any Applicable Parking Fee
  • Under Payment - $25.00 1st Offence + Unpaid Parking Fee
  • Permit Holder in an Unauthorized Area - $20.00 - $25.00 1st Offence
  • Blocking Traffic - $20.00 - $50.00 1st Offence
  • No/Expired Handicapped Permit - $40.00 - $100.00 1st Offence - vary depending on location
  • Not Paid (Must Pay In Advance, on Arrival) $25.00 1st Offence + Applicable Parking Fee
  • Unauthorized/No Permit Visible - $40.00 1st Offence

*Although we generally prefer not to tow on a first offence all offences are towable under KRS 189.725, and are subject to being towed at our discretion in addition to violation penalities. **Any subsquent violations of the same nature are to be increased by  the number of times which the regulation has been violated, by that particular violator/subject vehicle.
